The pattern for the front garden is based on a pattern found on the pavements in Copacabana in Rio de Janeiro. Its is laid out with Dolomite white and black stones. This makes an unusual back ground for some specimen plants.

The rear garden is a mixture of formal and informal layouts.It start at the top with an upper natural pond where nature is left alone. This then gently cast down a water fall into a small pond. A small trickle stream then leads down under a curved slab stone bridge, to the formal pentagonal pond bordering on to the teardrop patio with continental bar-b-que |
